Tell Rita that all she has to do is use a small open end 7/16 wrench to 
loosen the bolt. Her hands will fit between the bellows and cap. Then 
she can lift the cap with her small fingers enough to insert a tube 
which you will have attached to a funnel. The cap doesn't have to be 
removed. You can pour the fluid in Daryl. It's much easier on Rita this 
way. At least you didn't make her pry the bellows with a 2X4.
